SHIPPING POLICY (For PayPal Orders Also):
All U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and territories orders are shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours, with the exception of Holidays and Weekends. Express Mail delivery is not available at this time.
APO/FPO orders are also shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is currently not available for APO/FPO addresses. Given the often very long distances, delivery times (see below) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. We love and support our US Military Servicemembers, and hope to find faster shipping options for you in the future!
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail only, and we offer Tracking for these within the USA only. Once these packages leave US territory, they are in the hands of foreign Postal Services and are no longer in our control or jurisdiction.
A surcharge may apply on oversized/heavy shipments (usually only applicable for wholesale shipments).

International Customs delays may apply. Customs regulations vary in each country, and such regulations are not under our control. If a package is refused and returned to us, we will issue a credit for the merchandise, less shipping and handling expenses. Once your parcel leaves the USA, it becomes the responsibility of your local Post Service and we are then unable to track via our USPS systems. All bottles must be returned (used or unused) within 30 days of initial purchase to receive a full 100% refund.
Only the first order of FloraFemme from a household, billing address, ship-to address, email address, phone number or IP address is refundable. Reorders, sale items and special-promotion purchases are not refundable.

You must cancel your order prior to shipment. If your order has not yet shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment used to order (this applies to PayPal as well). If you cancel after the order has shipped, it is your responsibility to refuse the package without opening it, or send the package back at your expense within 30 days of initial purchase. Once we receive the package, we will give you a complete refund, less shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 5 business days, but your credit card company or payment processor (PayPal, etc...) can take varying amounts of time to actually credit your account. If you have any questions, please direct them to your payment processor.
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only (5-14 business days, no tracking or delivery confirmation available). International Orders have United States of America, USPS Tracking information only. You are responsible for all VAT and/or import taxes for the product ordered. FloraFemme will provide all customs forms for your delivery country, but you may be subject to import and/or VAT tax payable upon the retail value that you have paid in USD. While we make every effort to ensure that all customs forms are filled out properly, we assume no responsibility for product that is delayed or kept by customs, or for product ordered by you that may not be allowed for import into your country.
